Better Water. Backed by Science.
Our medical-grade ionizer transforms ordinary tap water into clean, hydrogen-rich water that hydrates deeply, supports balance, and helps you live greener — naturally.
How Did We Discover Electrolyzed Reduced Water?
Did you know lightning strikes the Earth about 8 million times a day? When it does, it naturally ionizes the air, soil, and water around it. This creates negative ions that can help increase oxygen flow, boost serotonin, relieve stress, and energize the environment.
In nature, this same lightning energy helps structure glacial and spring water, giving it three special properties that support human health but are missing from ordinary tap and bottled water:
Molecular Hydrogen — a powerful, bioavailable antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.
Natural Alkaline Minerals — helps maintain the body’s healthy pH balance.
Negative Electrical Charge — created naturally by lightning, mimicked through electrolysis.
Scientists have been studying the ionization of water since the 1950’s but it wasn’t until 1974 that a Japanese company was able to perfect the technology and create the first ionizer for use in hospitals. In 1990, they created the first model for in-home use.
The Science Behind It
Electrolyzed Reduced Water (ERW) is clean, refreshing water produced by a medical-grade water ionizer. This device first filters your tap water to remove chlorine and impurities while keeping healthy minerals.
Then, an electric current passes through platinum-coated titanium plates, splitting the water into two streams through a process called electrolysis:
This separation creates two streams:
Electrolyzed Reduced Water (ERW) — the antioxidant, hydrogen-rich, alkaline water you drink.
Electrolyzed Oxidized Water (EOW) — an acidic byproduct used for sanitizing and cleaning.
This process, called electrolysis, mimics what happens in nature when lightning strikes water. It changes the water’s structure, increases healthy hydrogen, adds a beneficial electrical charge, and naturally raises the pH.
This is why fresh ionized water is sometimes called “living water” — it’s pure, powerful, and supports your body at a cellular level when you drink it daily.

The Neuro-Protective effects of electrolyzed reduced water
Human brain is the biggest energy consuming tissue in human body. Although it only represents 2% of the body weight, it receives 20% of total body oxygen consumption and 25% of total body glucose utilization. For that reason, brain is considered to be the most vulnerable part of human body against the reactive oxygen species (ROS), a by-product of aerobic respiration.
Electrolyzed water and its application in the food industry.
Electrolyzed water (EW) is gaining popularity as a sanitizer in the food industries of many countries. By electrolysis, a dilute sodium chloride solution dissociates into acidic electrolyzed water (AEW), which has a pH of 2 to 3, an oxidation-reduction potential of >1,100 mV, and an active chlorine content of 10 to 90 ppm, and basic electrolyzed water (BEW), which has a pH of 10 to 13 and an oxidation-reduction potential of -800 to -900 mV. Vegetative cells of various bacteria in suspension were generally reduced by > 6.0 log CFU/ml when AEW was used.
Daily ingestion of ERW water containing hydrogen & the health benefits
In Japan, alkaline electrolyzed water (AEW) apparatus have been approved as a medical device. And for the patients with gastrointestinal symptoms, drinking AEW has been found to be effective in relieving gastrointestinal symptoms.
Hydrogen therapy attenuates irradiation-induced lung damage by reducing oxidative stress
Molecular hydrogen (H2) is an efficient antioxidant that diffuses rapidly across cell membranes, reduces reactive oxygen species (ROS), such as hydroxyl radicals and peroxynitrite, and suppresses oxidative stress-induced injury in several organs.
Effects of Electrolyzed Reduced Water
It is known that increased levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and reactive nitrogen species (RNS) can exert harmful effects, altering the cellular redox state. Electrolyzed Reduced Water (ERW) produced near the cathode during water electrolysis.
Alkaline Water and Longevity
The biological effect of alkaline water consumption is object of controversy. The present paper presents a 3-year survival study on a population of 150 mice, and the data were analyzed with accelerated failure time (AFT) model. Starting from the second year of life, nonparametric survival plots suggest that mice watered with alkaline water showed a better survival than control mice.
Hydrogen Improves Glycemic Control in Type1 Diabetic
Electrolyzed reduced water, which is capable of scavenging reactive oxygen species, is attracting recent attention because it has shown improved efficacy against several types of diseases including diabetes mellitus.
Supplementation of hydrogen-rich water
Oxidative stress is recognized widely as being associated with various disorders including diabetes, hypertension, and atherosclerosis. It is well established that hydrogen has a reducing action. We therefore investigated the effects of hydrogen-rich water intake on lipid and glucose metabolism in patients with either type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) or impaired glucose tolerance (IGT).
Therapeutic effects of hydrogen
Molecular hydrogen, as a novel antioxidant, has been proven effective in treating many diseases. This study aimed to evaluate the therapeutic effects of hydrogen saturated saline in treatment of a rat model of diabetes mellitus and a rat model of insulin resistant.
Hydrogen-rich water inhibits glucose
Reactive oxygen species (ROS) production induced by α,β-dicarbonyl compounds and advanced glycation end products causes renal dysfunction in patients with type 2 diabetes and metabolic syndrome.

Hypochlorous Acid Links
(2.5ph Strong Acidic Water Used for Disinfecting)
Evaluation of sprayed hypochlorous acid solutions - Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) solutions were evaluated for their virucidal ability against a low pathogenic avian influenza virus (AIV), H7N1. HOCl solutions containing 50, 100 and 200 ppm chlorine (pH 6) or their sprayed solutions (harvested in dishes placed at 1 or 30 cm distance between the spray nozzle and dish) were mixed with the virus with or without organic materials
Hypochlorous acid: harnessing nature’s germ killer - Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) is the perfect weapon to fight germs. It hits hard against pathogens like Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus and Pseudomonas Aeroginosa. Yet this powerful weapon is 100 percent safe for humans, chemical free, non-toxic and all-natural. That’s an impressive combination. It has been used in the medical field for over a century. Before antibiotics were available, HOCl was used to irrigate and disinfect wounds in World War I.
What Is HOCl? A Trusted Immune Weapon - Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) is a disinfection powerhouse—naturally produced by your immune cells to fight infection. When white blood cells encounter pathogens, they create HOCl to neutralize them quickly and safely. It’s one of the few agents that’s highly effective against bacteria, viruses, and fungi while being gentle on healthy cells—making it a natural ally in wound care and immune defense .
Pesticide Removal Effectiveness
(with 11.5ph Strong Alkaline Water)
Pesticide Removal Study (from Journal of Food Science) - Researchers studied how well electrolyzed water can remove pesticide residues. After soaking fresh spinach for 30 minutes:
Acephate dropped by 74% (EO) and 86% (ER)
Omethoate dropped by 62% (EO) and 75% (ER)
DDVP dropped by 59% (EO) and 46% (ER)
Both EO and ER water were more effective than tap water or detergent, which only reduced residues by about 25%. Importantly, washing with electrolyzed water did not lower the spinach’s vitamin C, meaning nutrition stayed intact.
Pesticide Removal on Produce (from Food Chemistry Journal) - A study tested how well Electrolyzed Oxidizing (EO) Water removes pesticides from fresh fruits and vegetables like spinach, snap beans, and grapes. Results showed that washing with EO water effectively reduced residues of diazinon, cyprodinil, and phosmet — especially when using higher available chlorine content and longer wash times. Bottom line: EO water is a proven, safer option for cleaning produce and reducing pesticide intake at home.
Electrolyzed Water for Pesticide Removal - A 2011 study showed that electrolyzed water significantly reduces pesticide residues on vegetables—up to 86% for some pesticides—much more effectively than tap water or detergent. It also preserves the vegetables’ vitamin C content, making it a safe and effective cleaning method.
